Structural Warranty 
This warranty only applies under normal conditions and proper use of ICI product. This warranty does not apply if the Product has been damaged in an accident, abuse, misuse or improper use of winch, overloading, modifications or improper installation. All Magnum Bumpers by ICI have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the structure beginning on the original purchase date. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and protects against any structural manufacturer defects. Magnum Bumper structural warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Innovative Creations, Inc. 

Finish/Coating Warranty
Magnum Bumpers, by ICI, have a powder coat finish that comes with a one year warranty from the original purchase date. Chips or damage from stones or impacts of any kind is not covered by the finish warranty. This Coating Warranty does not apply if the bumper has been installed improperly where the bumper is rubbing any part of truck (i.e. grille, fenders, head lights, etc.), the vibrations will cause coating failure. Fading or discoloration due to normal UV exposure is not covered under this warranty.

Care and Maintenance
Because of the abuse that the bumpers receive during normal use, it is very important to care for and maintain this product on a regular basis. Clean and protect your new bumper at least two times per month. In regions where salt or chemicals are used to keep roads clear of snow and ice, it is recommended you do this on a weekly basis to avoid rust. Make sure that your bumpers are completely dry after cleaning. Do not let water stand on the surface of the bumper to avoid discoloring and water spots. Inspect your bumper regularly for chips and damage from rocks and other road debris. Bumpers are located in high debris impact areas and will incur chips and damage periodically. It is very important maintain the finish and touch up any exposed steel. This prevents the steel from rusting under the powder coat and the finish from peeling away from the bumper.

Photographs of the potential warranty must be sent with a brief description of the problem. Original purchase date and the Authorized Magnum Bumper dealer must be included in this warranty claim. Rocker Armor™

Innovative Creations, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of our products a limited three year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect, or scratches during the life of the product. This limited three year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of freight, removal, installation, labor, inconvenience, or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise along with the purchase receipt to the original place of purchase.

No. While some of our customers prefer to have the products installed at a shop or by a professional, it is absolutely NOT necessary. All products can be easily installed at home by following our simple instructions. Installation instructions come with all products.



Yes! All ICI products can be installed by the end-user. Installation instructions are provided. There are also installation videos available on our YouTube channel you can view by CLICKING HERE



The majority of ICI products are installed without a drill, helping to simplify the installation and preserve your vehicle’s resale value. Our engineers make every effort to design products that will have the simplest installation process possible; however due to some vehicle designs, a few or our products may require minor drilling. 



Yes, all of the parts and hardware necessary for installation are included. Some additional tools, such as a tape measure, socket wrench, floor jack, clips, tape, etc. may be required. An installation guide is included with every product. If your product arrives and pieces are missing, please contact our sales department at 1-800-626-8746 or via email at sales@icionline.com.

There is a 20% restocking/return fee for all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Merchandise that has been installed, used, drilled, bent, scratched or otherwise damaged and is no longer in new and ready-to-sell condition should not be returned and cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged unless it has a manufacturer defect or was damaged in shipping. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork. 

We require all returned merchandise to be insured for the full purchase price and shipped at your expense. 

All shipping and handling fees for exchanged merchandise will also be your responsibility. 

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once your item has been received at the original shipping warehouse.
